Ordering & Payment

Browse our product catalog, select the compound and quantity you need, and proceed to checkout. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed.

We currently accept secure payment methods via Interac e-Transfer. It is the safest and fastest method for Canadian customers purchasing research peptides. Instructions will be emailed at the checkout, or you can view the instructions here. All transactions are processed securely with full encryption.

Many major card processors and PayPal currently do not process payments for peptide-related businesses. Interac e-Transfer is the most reliable method for Canadian customers and processes without issue.

Order modifications or cancellations may be possible if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at [email protected] and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Yes. We work with licensed research institutions, universities, and qualified professionals on bulk orders. Contact us directly at [email protected] with your requirements and we'll provide a custom quote.

No minimum order is required. You can order a single item or multiple products in one transaction. Orders over $150 CAD qualify for free standard shipping across Canada.

We're currently developing a loyalty program for returning customers and research institutions. In the meantime, if you refer a colleague or institution that places an order, reach out to us — we appreciate the support and take care of our community.

Yes. An order confirmation is sent automatically to your email upon successful payment. If you require a formal invoice for institutional or research record-keeping purposes, contact us with your order number and we'll provide one.

If your e-Transfer was returned or not accepted, verify the instructions provided at checkout and ensure the correct reference information was included.

  • British Columbia: 2–4 business days
  • Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 3–5 business days
  • Ontario & Quebec: 4–7 business days

At this time, Jupiter Peptides ships within Canada only. We do not currently ship to the United States or internationally. This may change in the future — check back for updates or contact us for inquiries.

All packages ship in plain, unmarked packaging. The return address appears as a neutral business name with no reference to Jupiter Peptides or the contents. We understand discretion is important to our customers and take it seriously at every step.

First, check with household members, neighbours, or your building's mail area — Canada Post sometimes leaves packages in unexpected spots. If still not found after 24 hours, contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number. If the issue remains unresolved after 3 business days from the marked delivery date, reach out to us and we'll investigate.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Canada Post tracking number. You can track your package directly at canadapost.ca. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery will not automatically be reshipped. Contact us when you're aware of the issue and we'll assess the situation. Re-shipping fees may apply and refunds are not available for returned packages unless the error was made on our end.

Double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Address changes after an order is placed cannot always be accommodated.

Yes, Canada Post deliveries can be made to PO boxes. If you're using a courier service for your order, a physical street address will be required. The available shipping method for your address will be displayed at checkout.

Products & Quality

Yes — every compound we carry is tested by accredited third-party laboratories. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) confirming identity, purity, and potency are available for every product. Contact us with your order number or product name to request a COA.

All products are verified using:

  • HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) — confirms purity percentage
  • Mass Spectrometry — confirms molecular identity
  • Sterility and endotoxin testing where applicable

We only source from facilities with established track records and proper documentation. Average purity across our catalog is 99.7%.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides in sealed vials should be stored at the following temperatures:

  • Long-term storage: –20°C (freezer)
  • Short-term storage: 2–8°C (refrigerator) for up to 4 weeks
  • Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles
  • Keep away from direct light and moisture

Once reconstituted with BAC water, store at 2–8°C and use within 28 days. Jupiter Peptides is not responsible for degradation caused by improper storage.

Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is sterile water preserved with 0.9% benzyl alcohol. It is used to reconstitute lyophilized peptides for research use. The benzyl alcohol acts as a preservative, extending the usable life of the reconstituted solution.

If your research protocol requires reconstituted peptides, BAC water is the appropriate solvent. BAC water is commonly used in laboratory settings to reconstitute lyophilized peptides.

Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any products once shipped.

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or compromised upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. We review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.

Possibly. Not all compounds we have access to are listed publicly. Contact us at [email protected] with the compound name and your research requirements. If we can source it safely and to our quality standards, we'll let you know.

Our lyophilized peptides are produced under sterile conditions and sealed in sterile vials. Where applicable, sterility and endotoxin testing is conducted as part of the quality verification process. COAs are available upon request and will specify the sterility standards met for each batch.

Peptide purity is typically expressed as a percentage confirmed by HPLC testing. Common grades include:

  • Research Grade (95%+): Suitable for most in vitro research applications
  • High Purity (98%+): Recommended for precise quantitative research
  • Ultra Pure (99%+): Required for sensitive assays and publication-grade research

All Jupiter Peptides compounds average 99.7% purity. The specific purity for each batch is documented in the accompanying COA.

Reconstitution is the process of dissolving a lyophilized peptide in a liquid solvent — typically bacteriostatic water (BAC water) — for research use. General process:

  • Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening
  • Inject BAC water slowly down the side of the vial — do not inject directly onto the powder
  • Gently swirl the vial — do not shake or vortex
  • Allow to dissolve fully before use
  • Store reconstituted peptide at 2–8°C
Use our Peptide Calculator to determine the exact volume of BAC water needed based on your vial size and desired concentration.

Lyophilized peptides stored correctly at –20°C typically remain stable for 24–36 months from the date of manufacture. Once reconstituted with BAC water and stored at 2–8°C, the solution should be used within 28 days. Expiry and batch information is included on every vial and in the accompanying COA.
