Place your order through checkout first. After your order is submitted, follow the instructions below to complete your Interac e-Transfer payment.
Send Your e-Transfer
Log into your online banking and send an Interac e-Transfer to the following address:
Recipient Name
When setting up the transfer, enter the recipient name exactly as shown:
Use this name exactly — do not use the full business name.
Security Question & Password
For the security question and password, use your city (in lowercase) as the answer.
If your city is more than one word, combine into a single word with no spaces:
Payment Reference
Include your order number in the message or reference field of the e-Transfer. This allows us to match your payment to your order quickly.
Order Processing
Once your payment is received and confirmed:
Within 24 HoursOrders are processed Monday–Friday after payment confirmation.
Tracking ProvidedCanada Post tracking information is sent via email once your package ships.
