Jupiter Peptides ships exclusively within Canada. All orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched with discretion and care to ensure product integrity upon arrival. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, Jupiter Peptides ships to all provinces and territories within Canada only. We do not currently ship internationally or to the United States.
Note: Shipping availability is subject to change. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly and customers will be notified.
Processing Time
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are usually accurate but are not guaranteed and may occasionally fall outsid the estimated window due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon successful payment, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays directly to affected customers via email.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship via Canada Post and select courier partners depending on destination and order size. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery estimates are based on business days and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery timelines begin once the order has shipped, not from the date of order placement.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Current rates are as follows:
- Orders under $300 CAD: Flat rate shipping fee applied at checkout.
- Orders $300 CAD and over: Free standard shipping within Canada. Free
- Express or expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee where offered.
Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are subject to change without notice. The rate displayed at checkout is the rate that applies to your order at the time of purchase.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no exterior branding, product names, or any indication of the contents. The return address will appear as a neutral business name.
We understand the sensitive nature of research compound purchases and take discretion seriously at every step of our fulfillment process.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after the shipping confirmation is sent.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at the address below.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
Jupiter Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, courier services, severe weather, natural disasters, or other events outside of our control.
If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your building's mail area.
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- Contact us if the issue remains unresolved after 3 business days from the marked delivery date.
For packages confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. Replacement or resolution will be issued at our discretion following carrier investigation.
Address Accuracy: Jupiter Peptides is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. Address changes after order confirmation cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Refusals
Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any products once shipped.
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or compromised upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Packages refused at delivery or returned to sender due to an incorrect address will not be reshipped and will not be eligible for a refund unless the error was made on our part.
